AI Processing and File Storage

Free Relief conversion runs entirely in your browser and does not upload your photos for conversion. Selecting photos or switching to Full 3D does not upload them; they stay local until you explicitly start paid generation.

When you explicitly start paid Full 3D generation, the selected main photo and any selected additional views are uploaded to our service and sent to fal.ai, a third-party AI model service, for processing.

Generated Full 3D model files, previews and thumbnails are stored in our Cloudflare R2 object storage. There is currently no fixed day-based retention period or scheduled automatic deletion for saved model files. We retain these files without a scheduled deletion date.

For accounts and sign-in, we store your account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile image where provided. Email/password accounts also have a stored password hash. With Google sign-in, we additionally store the Google account identifier and authentication data supplied by Google, such as OAuth tokens, their scopes and expiry times. Login sessions use cookies and store session identifiers and timestamps; session records may also include IP addresses and browser/user-agent information. We do not receive your Google password.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.
