Acceptable Use Policy

Intended use

PhotoToSTL Full 3D is intended to turn photos of inanimate objects into 3D models. Do not submit photos of people, portraits, or images intended to create a likeness of a person.

Prohibited content

You may not use PhotoToSTL to submit, create, or distribute:

• Pornography or other sexual or NSFW content.
• Violence or gore.
• Hateful content or content that promotes discrimination or violence against a protected group.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual content involving minors, or other child-unsafe content.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonations, or content intended to deceive others about a real person's identity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other third-party rights.
• Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, or the creation of weapons of mass destruction.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit each image and use the resulting model.

Reports and enforcement

Generated Full 3D models are private to the account that created them and are not published in a public gallery. We do not currently run a separate automated moderation service on every submitted image or generated model, so prohibited content may not be detected before generation.

To report content or a suspected violation, email lingwenjie@gmail.com. Include the affected model or job identifier and a brief description. We review reports and may remove access to reported content, restrict or terminate access to the service, and report suspected illegal activity when required by law. We may request additional information needed to investigate a report.

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
